A powerful blend of the mineral-rich Dead Sea and Epsom salts to detoxify and relax aches and pains while you bathe in the fragrant herbal blend of therapeutic, anti-inflammatory botanicals. This blend of Rose, Arnica, Lavender, Santolina, Chamomile and Frankincense resin soothes, relaxes and uplifts the senses, whisking you off into a world of gentle sunshine and fields of wildflowers.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

The salts are a blend of Epsom and Dead Sea salts; this is my preferred blend to help detoxify skin and offer many important minerals. Epsom salt, also known as magnesium sulfate, is a dissolvable granule form of the mineral magnesium. It is the second most abundant element in human cells and the fourth most important positively charged ion in the body. Magnesium helps the body regulate over 325 enzymes and plays an important role in organizing many bodily functions, like muscle control, electrical impulses, energy production and the elimination of harmful toxins.

The herbal blend of flowers, petals and resin benefit body and mind through skin absorption and inhalation. Lavender Rose and Chamomile relax, soften and soothe the skin, Santolina buds, Arnica and Frankincense offer an abundance of anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial properties as well as their well-known applications to treat muscular aches, joint pain, and arthritis.

THE RITUAL

Add a few handfuls to your bath. Or fill a cotton bag with the salts and allow to dissolve in the bathwater or under the running tap. Relax and enjoy!
