At ALCHEMY SKIN AND SOUL our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

PREPARATION/PROCESSING TIME:
Each fresh and vibrant creation is carefully prepared from our lab studio and packaged with love to the finest detail.
Packages typically ship from Huelva, Spain within 3-5 working days from the date of your order confirmation.
We are closed on weekends and national holidays.

SHIPPING TIME:
This refers to the time it takes for items to arrive to your location/address provided, calculated from the date the packet leaves us.
National orders (SPAIN)
Packages within Spain always ship with a tracked priority postal or courier service.
We use CORREOS tracked parcel if you do not supply us with your phone number.
If you supply us with your phone number we can book the shipment with CORREOS EXPRESS or similar courier. Allowing you to have greater control of your shipment and track at all times, as well as arrange the delivery to better suit your needs.
Orders shipped within Spain usually arrive within 1-3 days, but please allow more days if there happens to be a national holiday, an incident, attempted delivery due absence at the address or error in the stated address.
International
All international packages ship via priority tracked courier service with a tracking number provided.

All order totals will include local tax, if applicable, calculated at checkout.
It is of great importance that our clients are taken care of at all times, we want your experience with ALCHEMY SKIN AND SOUL to bring you joy. Shipping products internationally can sometimes get a little complex, so please be aware of your countries legal requirements on importation or any required taxes/duties. All shipping invoices will state the full value of the contents of the parcel for customs control.
Please note that no returns or refunds will be issued due to delays at customs or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
