ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Arnica is renowned for soothing muscular sprains and general aches, known to be effective at speeding up the healing process associated with bruising and helping reduce inflammation.
Hypericum, known as St. John's wort may be used for nerve pain and tension. It acts as an Anti-inflammatory, reduces swelling. and is also claimed to ease the pain from sciatica, rheumatoid arthritis, and menstruation. When you apply it topically, St. John's wort may speed healing in certain conditions. These include bruises, varicose veins, and injuries.
Menthol topical analgesic, works by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm. relieving the feeling of aches and pains deep in the muscles, joints, and tendons. Effective for relieving soreness as well as congestion.
Camphor Helps with inflammation, congestion and muscle pain and stiffness. Effective in relieving mild to moderate pain. A light tingling, warming/cooling sensation can be perceived when applied to the skin.
THE RITUAL
Spray over the affected area and allow to absorb. To Increase the affects, cover the area with a warm item of clothing to contain the heat.
Use on strained muscles, and other muscular injuries.
Used on the chest it helps to ease breathing, congestion and blocked nose.
Use on areas which are sore, tight and tense such as the neck for tension headaches.
Use before and/or after sports activities or when psychically tired.
TIPS
Apply over the area and use during massage, with a massage tool/Gua sha stone or just your hands and massage the area firmly so as to further increase the blood circulation to the localized area.
